Caracal Energy receives UK Classification for FTSE UK Index Series Inclusion CALGARY, Aug. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - Caracal Energy Inc. ("Caracal" or the "Company")is pleased to announce that FTSE allocated the Company a UK classification forFTSE UK index series inclusion purposes. As part of the Company's UK classification, Caracal agreed to commit to adhereto the UK Takeover Code to the extent reasonably practicable, and, at its nextmeeting of shareholders, to propose to amend its Articles of Incorporation toadopt this approach.
