Capital Reduction - Result of Court Hearing
AssetCo is pleased to announce that the Capital Reduction was confirmed by the Court at a hearing yesterday in the terms proposed by the Board in the Circular to Shareholders dated 10 June 2020.
The Capital Reduction will take effect upon the Order of the Court (the "Order") being lodged with, and registered by, the Registrar of Companies ("Registrar"). Due to the ongoing disruption caused by the pandemic it is anticipated that there may be a short delay in the Order being registered by the Registrar.
Unless the context requires otherwise, defined terms used in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Circular dated 10 June 2020.
