Capital Markets Event

Fenner is today holding a capital markets event. The event, which is being hosted by Nicholas Hobson, Chief Executive Officer, is focused on its AEP division and will include presentations by the managing directors of each of the three businesses that make up AEP.

Presentation materials, including video interviews with each of the presenters, will be available via the company's website www.fenner.com in due course.

Fenner will not be issuing any new trading information during the Capital Markets Event. The Company's next IMS is scheduled for 16 July 2014.
