CAPITAL MARKETS EVENT

23 March 2015: UDG Healthcare plc ("the Group"), the leading international provider of healthcare services, will host a Capital Markets Event for investors and analysts this afternoon in London.

The event will focus on the Ashfield Commercial & Medical Division, providing attendees with an overview of the service offering and market positioning together with a presentation on growth opportunities across the division. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet senior management from Ashfield and UDG Healthcare.

UDG Healthcare issued its Q1 update on 3 February 2015, for the period from 1 October to 31 December 2014 and no further financial or trading update will be provided today.
