Wm Morrison Supermarkets is today hosting an investor event in London.

Morrisons senior managers will provide more detail on the progress of the Group's online operation, which will launch in January 2014.

The presentation will commence at 9.00 a.m. and the presentation slides will be available on the investor section of the corporate website (http://www.morrisons-corporate.com/Investor-centre/) following the event.

There will be no additional statement on current trading and no new material financial information will be provided.

The Group will report its Christmas trading update for the 6 weeks to 5 January 2014 on 20 January 2014.
