Lagos and London, 5 July 2019: Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc's capital markets event was due to be held at the Nigerian Stock Exchange in Lagos for analysts and investors on Tuesday 9th of July 2019  at 13:30 (Lagos time). At the request of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, the session has been postponed to Friday 12th of July 2019 at 14.30 (Lagos time).

The session will focus on the Assa North and Ohaji South ("ANOH") greenfield gas and condensate development project, in Nigeria. A Final Investment Decision was taken by Seplat to invest in the ANOH project, as announced in the Company's 2018 full year results on 6 March 2019. The session will include presentations from the Seplat management team.
