AdEPT Capital Markets Day

On the 9th of March 2021 AdEPT will be holding two identical virtual Capital Markets Day presentations with the objective of providing greater context to the AdEPT story and demonstrating the Company's strategy in action. The morning event is intended for Institutional Investors and the afternoon event is intended for Retail Investors.

These events are open to all existing and potential shareholders

The duration is 90 minutes, including 30 minutes allocated for questions.

In addition to hearing from Phil Race, CEO, Ian Fishwick, Founder & Chairman and John Swaite, CFO, the Capital Markets Event will feature the experiences of a:

1) Significant customer;

2) Strategic partner; and

3) Managing Director of our most recent acquisition, Advanced Computer Systems Group (ACS).

We are looking to share 'what we do' through the eyes of a long-standing relationship in the Education sector, 'how we do it' using our most recent new partnership 8x8 as a case study, and 'who is involved' through a discussion with the MD of ACS, now a fully integrated part of AdEPT.

In this way AdEPT will explain how partnerships, a strong focus on delighting customers and the effective execution of our consolidation strategy adds value to our business and creates a return for investors.

The Agenda includes two Q&A slots for you to ask questions of the AdEPT Executive Team.

Morning Event for Institutional Investors:

This will be held via the GoToWebinar platform on the 9th of March 2021 at 11.00am GMT.

Afternoon Event for Retail Investors:

This will be held via the Investor Meet Company platform on the 9th of March 2021 at 2:00pm GMT.
