INTERSERVE HOSTS CAPITAL MARKETS DAY IN LEEDS

October 17 2012: Interserve, the international support services and construction group, is today holding an event for research analysts and bank financiers. The day will include visits to a number of Interserve projects in Leeds.

A series of presentations will be given by Interserve's senior management team during the course of the day and the presentation slides will be available on the Company's website in due course. No new material financial information will be disclosed.
