The Board of Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative floorcoverings, is today holding a capital markets day for investors and analysts at the Company's site in Kidderminster.

With the integration of the recent acquisitions now complete, the Company is seeing the benefits of its strategy of achieving scale through acquisitions and the board is delighted with the very positive, better than anticipated, contribution from all the new businesses.

The Company will be providing a briefing on the Company's market opportunity and business strategy and be introducing its growing senior management team to investors and analysts alike.
