In accordance with the extraordinary disclosure obligation stipulated under Section 55 of (Hungarian) Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and PM (Minister of Finance) Decree No. 24/2008 (VIII.15.), MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (hereinafter: MFB Zrt.) informs the public on capital increase in MFB Invest Investment and Asset Management Private Company Limited (hereafter: MFB Invest Plc.) as following:

According to the resolution No. 6/2026. (I.05.) issued by the General Meeting of MFB Invest Plc., MFB Zrt. - in order to finance the business activity - will increase the share capital of MFB Invest Plc. by HUF 200,000,000,000 (two hundred billion Hungarian forints) to be paid by cash contribution.
