Capita signs contract with O2

2 July 2013 Capita signs contract with O2 Capita plc (`Capita') can confirm that it has now signed a contract withleading communications company Telefónica UK (O2) to form a 10 year strategicpartnership for customer management services expected to be worth approximately£1.2 billion. The deal, which builds on Capita's existing long-term partnershipwith O2, will see Capita run and manage O2's customer service centres andsupport O2 as it enhances and expands its digital service offering tocustomers. The contract commenced on 1 July 2013.
