For release on Wednesday 14th December, 2005Candover Investments plc - Board changesCandover Investments plc announces that, in line with the statement made at thetime of the preliminary results in March 2005, Stephen Curran will be steppingdown as Chairman of the board and Doug Fairservice will retire from the board,immediately following the company's Annual General Meeting in May 2006.Stephen Curran will remain on the board of Candover as a non-executivedirector.
