The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs that according to the received information, UniCredit S.p.A. - the Bank's Shareholder, will present at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for 1st June 2012, candidates for Members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank as follows:

Jerzy Woźnicki, Roberto Nicastro, Enrico Pavoni, Alessandro Decio, Paweł Dangel, Leszek Pawłowicz, Laura Penna, Doris Tomanek and Wioletta Rosołowska.
