Report 7/2015: Candidates to the Supervisory Board of Bank Pekao S.A.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that according to the received information, UniCredit S.p.A. - the Bank's Shareholder will present at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened on 30 April 2015 the following candidates for the appointment by the Ordinary General Meeting for Members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank effective 1 May 2015 for the current, common term of office of the Supervisory Board of the Bank:

Mr. Dariusz Filar - associate professor of the University of Gdansk (Uniwersytet Gdański),

Ms. Katarzyna Majchrzak - associate professor of the Warsaw School of Economics (Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie).

Each of the candidates has given consent to be a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank.

Enclosed, the Bank presents curricula vitae of the candidates.
