The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs that according to the received information, UniCredit S.p.A. - the Bank's Shareholder, will present at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for 19th April 2011, candidates for Members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank as follows:

Mr Alessandro Decio - Head of F&SME Division UniCredit,

Mrs Alicja Kornasiewicz - Mrs Alicja Kornasiewicz - President of the Management Board of the Bank, who tendered her resignation from the position held, effective from 30th April 2011.
