Report 39/2010: Candidates to the Supervisory Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that according to information received from UniCredit S.p.A. Mr Sergio Ermotti - UniCredit Group Deputy CEO and Mr Roberto Nicastro - UniCredit Group Deputy CEO, are the candidates for members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank. Bank received consents of these persons for being members of the Supervisory Board.
