The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs, that in connection with Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for 8th June 2017, the Bank's Shareholder UniCredit S.pA. submitted the following candidates for the Members of the Supervisory Board:

The Management Board of the Bank informs that in accordance with the provisions of law, appointment of candidates as members of the Supervisory Board will be possible after performance of suitability assessment.
