Cancellation of warrants
The final exercise date of The World Trust Fund’s (the “Company”) warrants was 31 March 2014 and the listing of the warrants was subsequently suspended on 1 April 2014. The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the warrants to be cancelled from the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 7 May 2014.
