Re: Update regarding schedule of the bondholders meeting
Further to the announcements made by Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) ("Matomy") on September 2, 2019 (RNS Number: 7980K), on September 5 (RNS Number: 3491L) and on September 16 (RNS Number: 4209M), Matomy announces that the trustee of the bondholders has cancelled the bondholders' meeting that was scheduled to be held on September 22, 2019, which had on its agenda a resolution of a contingent immediate repayment of the bonds.
