Cancellation of Treasury Shares

In accordance with UKLR 9.8.2, the Company announces that on 31 March 2026 it cancelled from treasury 26,000,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the above cancellation, the Company has 139,974,652 Ordinary Shares in issue, including 892,262 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 139,082,390 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs").

In conformity with DTR 5.5.1R, the Company announces that of the Company's total issued share capital (139,974,652 Ordinary Shares, including treasury shares), 0.64% is currently held in treasury, and confirms that shares held in treasury do not carry any voting rights.
