Cancellation of treasury shares

Catalyst announces that at a meeting held on 15 October 2012, the Board of Directors resolved to cancel from treasury 497,524 ordinary shares.

Following the above cancellation, which took effect from 15 October 2012, there are no ordinary shares held in treasury and 27,645,673 ordinary shares remaining in issue, which is the total number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
