Cancellation of Treasury Shares
The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that on 24 January 2013, 15,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each were transferred out of Treasury and cancelled.
There has been no change to the Company's total number of ordinary shares with voting rights as a result of the cancellation of the treasury shares. The Company's issued share capital comprises 90,371,304 ordinary shares of 5 pence each (excluding the remaining 8,117,819 shares held in Treasury), and the figure of 90,371,304 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
