Cancellation of Treasury Shares

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4R, the Company announces that on 9 October 2023 it cancelled from treasury 3,389,548 Ordinary shares.

 

Following the above cancellation, the Company has 12,432,024 Ordinary shares in issue and holds no Ordinary shares in treasury.

 

The total number of Ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 12,432,024 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
