Cancellation of trading of 2025 Zero Dividend Preference Shares

Further to the announcement on 12 May 2025 regarding the early redemption of the Company's 2025 zero dividend preference shares (the "2025 ZDP Shares"), the 2025 ZDP Shares were suspended from trading on the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") with effect from 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday 13 May 2025. The Company now confirms that application has now been made to the LSE for the cancellation from trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the 2025 ZDP shares with effect from 8.00am on 29 July 2025.
