Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC ("the Company") announces that it has today received confirmation from the Registrar of Companies of the registration of the Court Order confirming the cancellation of the Company's share premium account, as approved by shareholder resolution at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 16th May 2012.
