Oryx International Growth Fund Ld22 February 2008 22 February 2008 For Immediate Release Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx" or the "Company") Cancellation of Ordinary Shares The Company announces that it has received a further 32,686 ordinary shares of50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in relation to the winding up of Lionheart USAMicroCorp in which it was interested, and that these Ordinary Shares have nowbeen cancelled. Accordingly, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 24,787,416Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any OrdinaryShares in Treasury. Therefore, the above figure of 24,787,416 may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in theCompany under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
