Cancellation of Shares

Polo Resources Limited (AIM and TSX: POL) announces that 45,592,857 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") have been surrendered for cancellation for nil consideration as a result of the settlement of a dispute and these shares will be cancelled in due course.

Following the above changes, the Company's issued share capital consists of 2,294,086,098 Ordinary Shares of no par value each. None of these Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 2,294,086,098. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The fully diluted share capital of the Company now consists of 2,376,586,098 Ordinary Shares.
