Cancellation of Shares
The Company today announces the cancellation of 360,000 of its shares in accordance with the provisions of section 328 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008. Prior to May 2019 these 360,000 shares had been held in a subsidiary group company, Investigations & Management Limited, as a result of share restructuring in previous years. In May 2019, these 360,000 shares were transferred to the Company and held in treasury as part of an in specie dividend and immediately cancelled.
The Company discloses the following details in relation to such cancellation pursuant to The International Stock Exchange, Listing Rule 4.5.:
