("ABM" or the "Company")
Cancellation of shares and total voting rights
ABM announces that, following the purchase of 532,438,356 of its own ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 December 2017, which have since then been held in treasury by ABM, the Company yesterday cancelled those Ordinary Shares ("Cancellation").
Following the Cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the Company remains at 6,450,536,315 Ordinary Shares and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
