Tau Capital PLC ("Tau" or the "Company") announces that, following the buy-back announced on 22 February, it has now de-listed and cancelled 11,491,538 shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares").

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the above, and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 226,958,464 Ordinary Shares.
