Cancellation of Shares

Total Produce plc wishes to announce that it has cancelled 4,500 shares from the issued share capital of the company effective as of 29th August 2019.

These shares had been surrendered to the company by a wholly-owned subsidiary for nil consideration. The shares had been acquired by the subsidiary at a time when it was not part of the Total Produce Group.

Following the cancellation, the total number of shares in issue in the company is 388,474,962 (excluding treasury shares). The authorised share capital of the company remains unchanged following the cancellation.
