Cancellation of Share Premium Account
Further to the announcement made by BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC (the "Company") on 23 March 2022, the final hearing in the Court process to create a special reserve by way of cancelling the entire amount standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account (the "Final Hearing") has encountered a short delay. The Company will announce the outcome of the Final Hearing as soon as it has been held and anticipates the process being completed by the end of the Company's current financial year, being 31 May 2022.
