Cancellation of share premium account and capital redemption reserve

Miton Group plc is pleased to announce that on the 18 December 2013 the Order of the High Court of Justice Chancery Division confirmed the cancellation of the share premium account and capital redemption reserve of Miton Group plc. The above-mentioned Order was registered at Companies House on 18 December 2013

This follows the approval by shareholders of a resolution at a General Meeting held on 15 November 2013 to facilitate the cancellation through the Court in order to eliminate the deficit on the Company's profit and loss account and create a surplus of distributable reserves of about £27m as set out in the circular dated 22 October 2013.
