Cancellation of Loan Shares, Director's Dealing
and Total Voting Rights
Further to the announcement made on 27 November 2012 regarding the cancellation of Loan Shares ("Buy-back"), the Company wishes to amend an error in the announcement concerning the number of common shares currently on issue. The Company confirms that, as a result of the Buy-back, Sylvania Platinum now has 298,231,896 fully paid common shares on issue.
