Accordingly, trading in the OrdinaryShares on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities and thelisting of the Ordinary Shares on the Official List will be cancelled witheffect from start of business on 5 July 2005. Following delivery of theinterlocutor to the Registrar of Companies, the entire issued share capital ofthe Company is now owned by Dyon UK Limited.
