NOTICE OF PROPOSED CANCELLATION OF LISTING FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST
Republic Goldfields Inc. (the Company) announces today that it proposes to cancel the listing of its ordinary shares on the Official List.
An application has been made for the Company to be removed from the Official List and from trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 23 January 2012 at 8:00 a.m.
