Notice is given that the Issuer has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority to cancel the listing of NMBZ Holdings Limited Shares on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange to cancel the trading of NMBZ Holdings Limited Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8:00 a.m. (London time) Thursday, 8 July 2021.
Shares held by Shareholders shall be bought back at £0.09 per share and funds credited to the Shareholder's designated account.
