Cancellation of Listing of Bonds

Further to the Company's announcement of 31 October 2012 regarding the publication of a notice of redemption in relation to the Company's 3.5 per cent. convertible bonds due 2014 ("Bonds"), all bondholders have now exercised their rights to convert to ordinary shares in the Company. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the listing of Bonds on the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange's professional securities market with effect from 8.00am on Friday, 11 January 2013.
