Cancellation of Investor Conference Call

Arrow Global Group PLC ("Arrow Global") today announced that the conference call scheduled for investors at 14.00 today (UK time) to discuss Arrow Global's half-year results for the six months ended 30 June 2016 has been cancelled and a webcast of today's 09.30 (UK time) analyst presentation instead will be made available via www.arrowglobalir.net. The investor conference call has been cancelled in light of an exercise that Arrow Global expects to launch shortly to refinance its outstanding £220,000,000 7.875% senior secured notes due 2020.
