Cancellation of Interest Payment

West Bromwich Building Society Permanent Interest Bearing Shares - notification of cancellation of 5th April 2012 interest payment.

In accordance with condition 4(3)(b) of the Special Conditions of issue of the West Bromwich Building Society PIBS, the Board resolved, at its meeting in March 2012, to cancel the payment of interest due on 5th April 2012.
