Cancellation of Interest Payment

West Bromwich Building Society Permanent Interest Bearing Shares - notification of cancellation of 5 April 2014 interest payment.

In accordance with condition 4(3)(b) of the Special Conditions of issue of the Permanent Interest Bearing Shares (PIBS), the Board passed a resolution at its meeting in March 2014 to cancel the interest payment due on 5 April 2014 with respect to the Society's PIBS.
