Cancellation of Income Shares

Following the notice of redemption of the Income Shares on 23 July 2010, all remaining Income Shares were redeemed on 23 August 2010 and there are no further Income Shares in issue. The Company has requested that the UK Listing Authority cancel the listing of the Income Shares on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities with effect from 25 August 2010.
