Cancellation of GDR Listing

Arab Insurance Group (B.S.C) (the "Company") (ISIN: US0384572063) hereby announces that it has completed all the required formalities to cancel its Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) listing.

Since the GDR delisting Condition has now been satisfied, as announced on 19 November 2015, the GDR cancellation and cession of its trade shall take effect from 31 December 2015.
