Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM

Further to the announcement made on 10 May 2018 the Board of Trading Emissions PLC (the "Company") wishes to remind shareholders that the last day of dealings in Ordinary Shares of the Company on AIM will be on 17 May 2018. The Cancellation of the Company's listing will become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 18 May 2018.

As described in the circular to Shareholders dated 17 April 2018, the Company intends to continue to maintain its website https://www.tradingemissionsplc.com through which it will make annual financial statements available to all Shareholders and provide information on significant events and developments relating to the Company. Following the Cancellation, the Board intends that access to the website will be password protected.
