As at 1.00 p.m. on 2 November 2006, Volvere either owned or had received validacceptances in relation to 77.72 per cent. of NMT's issued ordinary sharecapital. Therefore, as stated in the offer announced on 14 September 2006, NMT has nowapplied to London Stock Exchange plc for the cancellation of admission of itsOrdinary Shares to trading on AIM.
