Cancellation of Admission
Following the announcement this morning by DeepVerge PLC ("DeepVerge") that it is in receipt of valid acceptances in respect of more than 75% of the Modern Water Shares in issue and that the recommended all share offer by DeepVerge for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Modern Water has been declared unconditional in all respects, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the admission of Modern Water Shares to trading on AIM to become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 8 December 2020.
Modern Water is no longer in an "Offer Period" as defined in the Code and accordingly the dealing disclosure requirements previously notified to investors no longer apply.
Words and expressions defined in the Offer Document shall, unless the context provides otherwise, have the same meanings in this announcement.
