Proposed Cancellation Date
Further to the circular published by the Company on 3 March 2009 ("Circular") and following the resolution at the EGM to approve the cancellation of trading of the Company's shares on AIM and the ASX, the Company announces that it's Ordinary Shares will be delisted from AIM with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 26 June 2009 ("Cancellation").
As set out in the Circular the Directors intend to re-register the Company as a private limited Company following Cancellation. Directors will continue to keep Shareholders informed as appropriate, in particular with respect to any subsequent distribution to be made by the Company to the Shareholders, through the Company's website, www.assetrealco.com.
