Cancellation and re-issue of options
As part of a review of its executive remuneration packages, the Company has today cancelled 21,133,168 options originally granted to its Chief Executive Officer, Robert Dean, on 24 October 2007 at an issue price of 8.38p.
The Company has today issued 21,133,168 new options to Robert Dean at an issue price of 4p. 7,044,389 of these options are exercisable on the day of grant, and the remaining 14,088,779 options are exercisable on a monthly basis over the next 2 years from the day of grant.
In addition to these 21,133,168 options, Robert Dean still owns 403,500 options issued at a price of 4p as well as 77,000 options issued at a price of 4.5p, both of which will be fully vested on 31 October 2009.
