TORONTO, Feb. 1, 2013 /CNW/ - For the purposes of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency rules, the Company announces that as atJanuary 31, 2013 the total number of common shares in issue is 102,518,320 witheach share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company has 20,560 common shares held in treasury. The total of 102,497,760common shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, theshare capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
