TORONTO, May 17, 2013- Canaccord Financial Inc. (the "Company", "Canaccord")

announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange andthe UK Listing Authority for a block listing of 1,325,000 common shares whichhave no nominal or par value in relation to the Canaccord Long Term IncentivePlan share scheme to be admitted to the Official List of the London StockExchange. These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingcommon shares in issue of the Company.
